Journey
Wellbeing for a new generation
We hope this edition of the Wellbeing series aimed specifically at schools, will be transformative for all the young people going on the journey as they look at wellbeing from a variety of angles. We know that young people look for authenticity and there seems to be greater authenticity amongst them, so who better to go on a Wellbeing Journey with, than their peers at school? The series has been created to be a safe space for young people. The Schools Wellbeing Journey is by young people for young people!
The series is designed to fit easily into a school lesson/day. Each episode can be flexed to be longer or shorter depending on the choice and timing of activities
Where schools are thinking about a ‘recovery curriculum’ for pupils after months of lockdown and home schooling, the Schools Wellbeing Journey provides a context where, in the safe and structured environment of schools with teachers they know, pupils can reflect on how their experiences have impacted their wellbeing.
The Schools Wellbeing Journey provides an opportunity for young people to share their feelings, fears, thoughts, and questions; to be listened to and to feel heard.

HOPE Together is a catalyst bringing churches together to transform communities in villages, towns and cities. Our vision is a praying, growing church, that makes Jesus known together with words and action.
KingsGate Community Church is a multi-cultural, inter-generational family of people whose lives are being transformed by the power of God’s love. Since small beginnings in Peterborough in 1988 it has grown – still as one church, but meeting in multiple locations and online.
HOPE Together and KingsGate Community Church are working in collaboration with The Way to produce The Youth Wellbeing Journey.
